We want our jewellery to bring you joy. We stand behind every one of our items, and will happily accept returns made within 14 days after the item is shipped out, in original unused condition. However please email us PRIOR to returning merchandise for a return authorization. Special orders & sales items are non-returnable and shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend shipping items back insured as we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. If you are ever in doubt of an item, please email us PRIOR to buying to avoid costly returns and disappointing purchases. Also be aware that these pieces are handcrafted and as our bead selection changes regularly we do not guarantee the piece in the photo will be the same as that which is delivered to you. It is the colour and style you are choosing not the actual beads. We doubt you'll be disappointed though!

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges, provided you email us BEFORE returning merchandise. Shipping charges will be applied to any exchanges.
